Ive recently found this quarter and its in great shape, except for that dim on the drum, anybody knows why “QUARTER DOLLAR” and “AMERICA” have some kind of fading on either the top or base of the letters?

It has weakness on the letters and the drum because it is a weak strike.
There are a lot of radial flow lines that would indicate the coin was struck from a worn die

Does it add any premium to the coin?
Not a chance. Philadelphia minted 809 million of them, everybody saved them at the time. There are hundreds of millions of survivors, without much demand.
NO. It is just a common quarter that is worth a quarter.
That quarter was saved more than most,
I still have quite a few that I pulled from change as a kid in the 70s. I think they're soon going to join the state quarters I saved and make the trip to the Credit Union Coin Star.
