1984 Roosevelt dime

Can anyone tell me what errors, if any, this coin may have? It is a 1984 Roosevelt dime with a P mint mark. I'm new to this and am still learning things. I'm thinking it is a plachet type of error but honestly I have no idea. I just get a feeling that there is something up with it and to hold on to it. I am post a few different photos of it in hopes it will help you to determine things a bit better. I did not edit any of the photos at all. In advance, thank you for taking the time to help me learn something new!

The picture is a 1995 dime ,either missing clad front(overse)and some on reverse, or has been exposed to some fire, like green is either oxidation or spray paint,my guess, only a guess

Welcome to the forum!
First off it appears to be a 1985 P
There were some striking problems in 1985 with dimes and many have weak strikes and strange rims.
I don't see any errors.
The discoloration is environmental damage.
The obverse has a few scratches and rim dings.

?
Anyone else want to try to guess the date?
70s that had a poor strike, not the the 85 coined pictured
Thanks for the clarification.
There are other dates that had problems but I know 1985 was one of them.
Environmental damage. Strictly spending money.
