@skier07 - Enjoy! Great information including date by date analysis, survival estimates and most importantly a way to attribute them. Nothing worse then buying a misidentified proof when you wanted a business strike. One thing that I wish the book touched on is the lack of SLDs with original surfaces. Brian and Dick did a great job and the SLD community is in debt to them both for their efforts.
