1 out of 4 isn’t bad

Took a ride to cac today for a walk through. Had a few coins and a bunch that some friends wanted checked out.
I went 1/4 today. Was expecting 3/4 but I’m not complaining.

Awesome. That was worth the trip.
Cool coin. Can we see the reverse?
Did you ask for feedback on each coin before submitting (edit - for any rejections)? I like to do this for educational reasons.
Fantastic coin. Bet you're doing a happy dance!

That is one nice branch gold!
Normally I ask to speak with John. It was very busy when I was in there. They had a huge shipment that arrived when I was getting ready to leave.
They might not have a bean but I know a nice coin when I see them. I’m happy with them even without the cherry on top.
Southern branch mint gold with all the bells and whistles! She is a keeper
Beautiful!
In honor of the memory of Cpl. Michael E. Thompson
Gorgeous little QE there. Not surprised about the gold bean.
Nothing XF40 about that coin. Great result.
Nice gold branch mint.

What an amazing coin. Beautiful!

That’s a great looking 47-C.
I doubt I’ll ever do a CAC walkthrough living in California. Did you make previous arrangements to do a walkthrough? How long does the walkthrough take? Were you able to get feedback from someone besides JA?
That's a really nice piece with loads of history. I love the stories surrounding the Charlotte and Dahlonega mint creations.
At least you received, deservingly, a gold CAC.

I did make arrangements with them a few weeks prior to doing the walkthrough. Your limited 20 coins during the walk through. It normally takes a few hours if you have all your paperwork ready.
You can go grab a bite to eat. I would hit a few local shops. Yesterday I did a 3 mile walk since the weather was nice. It’s a beautiful town dating back to 1749.
The last time I went down I spoke with Bill. We discussed a few coins I was interested in and a coin I brought down for a second opinion.
The time before that I wasn’t able to talk to John in person. John actually called my cellphone that night when he had time to go over a high relief an a early $10.
They are alway pleasant and try to accommodate you the best they can.
I always look forward to talking to Yvonne when I go there. It’s just a great experience. That is when you get stickers on your coins 😂
