Funny how the OP has only 2 comments and hasn't posted in 3 days but some people keep rambling on after taking a left turn at Albuquerque!😂🤣
Funny how some posters think that they are the arbiters of what an appropriate response should be and are far too quick to criticize people for their posts.
So if your doctor whom you hired commits malpractice and kills your mother/wife/daughter, you're responsible. Got it! Thanks for the correction.
Not even close to being similar.
Pretty close to identical.
While the Mint is responsible to their customer to make things right, they are not a "Mickey Mouse" organization (the post I was responding to) or responsible for committing the error.
And you could argue that if you hired an incompetent doctor who killed your wife, you share responsibility for the tragedy. Since, like the Mint, you share responsibility with the contractor you hired. Or you don't... I'm okay with it either way.
In my opinion they are kind of a Mickey Mouse operation. Thought that long before this post. I don't like plenty of what they do. You don't have to like it or agree with it.
If this particular event really happened. I would also like to see full label and packaging.
This is not a reasonable request. He may not want to put his name and home address on a public forum due to security concerns.
Think someone mentioned earlier block out name info. Size of that box would probably be too large for quarters so seeing a mint label may make me inclined to think it really did happen.

If a friend of mine told me he’d received such a package, I then posted about it and people questioned my friend’s veracity, I wouldn’t ask him to offer proof of his claim.

@PerryHall said: @jmlanzaf That's a really bad analogy. If you hire a contractor to build you a house and it falls down, do you go after the contactor or his subcontractors?
Actually, probably both.
And if you go after the contractor, he'll go after the subcontractor. But the financial liability is different than the actual "moral" responsibility for the error.
And, in keeping with the original suggestion, if you hire a contractor and your house falls down, do you go after yourself??? I guarantee your wife is going to want YOU to get the house fixed. So, you can argue that everyone from the customer to the contractor to the sub-contractor bear some form of responsibility for fixing the problem. But only one party - to my mind - is "responsible" for committing the actual misdeed and that is the person who actually performed it.
Just wondering what makes you so argumentative? Do you really have to pick everybody’s words apart? And use lame analogies.

The blame game. Perhaps it's the fault of the Huggies Corp. or perhaps Walt Disney or maybe the actual creator of Mickey Mouse Ub Iwerks.
My vote goes to the Fulfillment center as well.....labeling mixup. It happens.

I've done it myself. That's why I now only print one label at a time.

Was there a receipt inside? If so, was it for the guy's order or was it for the wipes? Coin orders should have a mint receipt...

Still scratching my head on this one…
I can't believe that no-one has said that someone is "Full of Sit",,,,,,, maybe the baby.
If they use them to clean the baby up, that will result in some nasty toning on those quarters.
