$100 shipping. Seller must be taking an Uber to hand deliver it huh?
The rarest Charlotte mint Morgans are ones like this one, where the MM was omitted. No wait a minute, maybe it's the ones with the MM that are rare. This business is so confusing sometimes.
At any rate, a definite bargain, thanks for sharing.
And POOF! it's gone. Someone must here have snapped it up after my post. Wonder if I'll get a cut from the seller?
Nope. It never sold....it has been relisted 😉
Well... for sure no C... and it looks as if it may have been buried.... Either way, pulled and relisted - have not seen the new listing. Cheers, RickO
relisted,

I think you better and quick -- when will you see another coin like that again?????
Missed it. Anybody got a screen cap?
if the relisted coin from the OP is what is listed a couple posts above, it is just an authentic 79p listed as a 79cc. i didn't go so far as to blow it up and look to see if it is a grease-filled mm as those would be a billion or more to 1.
no need to list images, so i won't.

The coin has been relisted alone with a 1897-s
I contacted the seller to correct the date and suggested the value was inflated. Here's his response:
Well that’s just what eBay popped up as the common listing that I used when listening it. It really has nothing to do with the condition or anything other than the fact it was found buried in a old Homestead. The homestead was abandoned in 1903 in Kirby MT. After the entire family other than one kid was murdered by renegade Cheyenne warriors angered by the homesteaders. Gotta realize that General Custer got killed about 30 miles from here. At Custer last stand, or the Bighorn Battlefield. People didn’t start settling around here until the early 1900s because the Indians were still so bad and it’s also so remote. That coin was buried by somebody who came out here in a covered wagon probably packed that coin the entire way and then when they got here they buried it in the floor which was dirt of a log cabin they built by hand. That’s It’s pretty damn nostalgic to be able to touch a piece of history!! One of the coolest things I’ve got to dig it out of the ground and be the first person to see it in 120 years it’s pretty cool!!
relisted here:
