    Even if you had a solid civil case and won the lawsuit, and the company was not bankrupt, you may not get any money back. The only person who will definitely realize any money is the lawyer you hire.

    You are wasting your time. You may get partial recovery through the trustee. If you do, count it as a win.

    The same thing is happening with Voyager. Crypto accounts are frozen and they’re in bankruptcy either trying to reorganize or liquidate whatever assets they have.
