Fun eBay Find - U.S. Mint Key Ring

Has anyone ever seen this souvenir U.S. Mint key ring?
I found only one example of a metal U. S. Mint key ring on the net, but of different design.

Now, looking for the right quarter.
State, silver, clad, lowball, proof, clipped, missing layer, blank planchet…?
Any suggestions?

I used to have a similar one from the Austrian Mint (they gave it out if you signed up for their Coin Club).

I got this Australian Wine Stopper while in Sydney 3 years ago...

...came with a 1959 Half Penny.

The mint used to make a lot more paper clips, watches, things like that.
