I'll go with 58.
Really hard to see what's going on in the right obverse field, critical for grading walkers.
I also think the lighting is making it look like there's slight high point rub. I'll guess 64.
Nice strike for a '37D. One of those coins that was tougher once upon a time, until some rolls surfaced
