How common are PL buffalos? 1936 PCGS MS65 OGH w/video

Pictures and video don't do it justice--almost a cameo proof look.
Common or unusual?

The coin looks highly lustrous, but not really close to P.L.
I don’t recall having seen a single legitimately PL Buffalo nickel of any date. I think the closest ones I’ve seen were dated 1937.

Agree with Mark, that coin does not look PL to me either.
According to pop reports on the web, only 2 coins have been graded PL by NGC (a 1936 and a 1937-D, both 63PL) and none so far by PCGS. So unless more are "made" soon, they seem to be very rare.
It sure looks semi-PL to me.
Perhaps I am missing something.

Thanks, comrades. I'd be ok with lustrous. But wow. In hand it's essentially mirrors.
Any struck with proof dies or anything fun like that?

Here is a thread I found ATS about the 37-D 63PL Nickel certified by NGC
https://boards.ngccoin.com/topic/412332-prooflike-pl-buffalo-nickel/#comments
There are actually 3 Buffalo nickels designated PL by NGC, a 1936 in MS63PL, and two 1937-Ds, one in AU58PL and one in MS63PL. I made the AU58PL several years ago.
Yeah I found that out in the NGC thread - I was only looking at the MS grades in the pop reports and did not notice the "1" in the 58 column.
What makes it not a PROOF?
The lack of detail and Proof surfaces. Compare its pictures to those of Proofs and you should easily be able to see the differences.

@Weiss... That Buff is indeed a beauty. However, I would agree, it is not PL... Nonetheless, I would happy to own that one. Cheers, RickO
