Pika - "rock rabbit" - I've seen a lot of these on hikes.
They often live in talus fields, and make a cool "beep" sound when you approach!
First beep is at 0:30 in the above video.

Didn't want to hijack the thread but since you asked.
I started working there when I was 14 by sorting the buckets of pennies that he had saved over the years. Common pocket change stuff. Picking out the copper, wheats and looking for varieties. This was the first real variety that was found in the buckets. We sent it in for grading and I thought he sold it. Turned out he saved it for the past few years intending on giving it to me when I head off to college.

Talking about rabbits, I was enjoying a bowl of Rabbit Stew at a local diner last winter, when I heard the guy sitting at the next table having the same dish complain to the waiter. He said there was a hare in his bowl, lol.

Love pika's and enjoy them in the western mountains. Bigfoot has been witnessed to go digging for these in the talus - apparently good eating raw.
