Potential ebay scam
A seller is using the images from an ended auction (that I won) in what I can only assume is a scam.
Current listing:

Hello friend, this coin has 90% silver content, we have a rating, it is not fake.
Now life is very difficult, friends please don't be so difficult for us these workers.
I also hope to cooperate with you in the future!
Thank you for your letter! Communicate with me.
Just because it has 90% percent silver means it is not a fake? LOL

it is gone!!
Thank you, Heavenly Father, for first loving us.
Wow.... Looks like action is heavy on ebay.... Good job on reporting, but it is like Whack-a-mole.... They just pop up again and again. Cheers, RickO
Listing has been pulled, thanks for those who reported.
Last night I asked the seller why they were using images from the other auction, their response was "Because it’s my brothers coin an he told me I could use then" The listing was removed before I could respond, oh well.

I’m assuming this is a fake and not someone providing an incorrect description but wanted to ask the forum before reporting.
Thanks!
Question - Do you have to provide proof to eBay that a coin is fake? or can someone just report a coin fake on a seller they don't like?

No proof required. You can provide text with more additional info if you choose.

Nvm, someone bought at the buy it now price…
No proof requirement, but I believe they require more than just a single report to pull an item. This would prevent the "buyer with a grudge" issue of reporting items simply because one doesn't like a particular seller.
