Strike thru or PMD 1982 CU SM date Lincoln

Found this Lincoln at the junkyard yesterday in a pile of sticky/nasty pennies. I've been on here since 07' and seen countless PMD coins. This one kinda had me thinking if it's a strike thru of another penny. There is no damage to the reverse but has some rim damage with a sharp edge where "Liberty" should be. What do you think ???

there is a good chance it is an indented error but w/o larger/sharper images, that's all i can say.

No question an indent. (Unless, of course, it's a partial brockage, but I see nothing in the indented part to suggest that.)
