Does anyone remember who made custom plastic holders?

A few years ago, there was a post of someone who did custom-made 3-piece holders, complete with screws (similar to Capital Plastic). Does anyone remember the post or the person? Have not had much success contacting Capital Plastics.

I didn't call the number from their website (Capital), but it does say to call with your custom order.....440.632.5800

The name slips me, unfortunately, but I know who you're talking about. He made the holder below for me, and it's great. The messages to do it were in the old forum software's PMs and there's no way to search PMs anymore (as far as I can tell). If it's of any solace, I believe he stopped making them years ago, so even remembering the name, I don't think it's an option.
There was @trot99 ?? [but that user is no longer active]

TMot99 (haven't seen him for awhile) used to do custom ones as well. Size and insert sizes.
I had him do one for a customer holder I did for my mom (coins from birth years of her kids and grandkids).
If you could contact him, he may be able to help, but, unless I missed a post or something, he hasn't been around in a bit.

@littlebear, that was forum member @tmot99, Tom Hoffman, who had a friend that was making these. He hasn't been active for quite some time and around 2010-15 he sold a large part of, if not all, his collection. Tom was the driving force behind the 2nd edition of "So-Called Dollars" and some of the others who were involved heavily may be able to help you contact him. Try to PM @jonathanb, he responded to a page one thread just this morning.
My thanks to everyone!
I used to make them but don't any more. I mean, technically I can but I don't have the material for etching any words. That stuff is expensive so I just stopped making them.
Over here! Here I am!

Why not pass those expensives to the customers? Lack of them?

Yep, there wasn't enough business to justify keeping it going. Also dealing with different thicknesses of coins/medals made it difficult.
I have contacted plastiXrevolution.com to make some custom coin holders. I plan on using Air-Tite inserts so I can have one holder for various coins.
If you were going to do it today, you might consider a laser system like GlowForge. Expensive machine, but low cost after that.
