Homemade Albums for Proof Lincoln Cents and Gold

These are some other books I have worked on lately. This little gig is starting to pick up, and I appreciate those of you that have inquired and placed orders!

First up is the book for Proof Lincoln Cents. When I started collecting, I was fascinated by "S" mint Lincolns and was intrigued by the discrepancy in the Whitman folders ending with 1974-S and the Red Book continuing on beyond that. Bought my first proofs, in hindsight they were lousy examples but I wanted them for that "S" mintmark, and assembled a set from 1959 to 2008. Sold off that set before going to college and only started it up again in the last couple of years, this time expanding the set to include the Wheat proofs and the Shield proofs. And then I made up the book.

I don't really expect to find the Matte proofs in raw form, but the other coins I'll give my best to find.

Also in the works lately are some more gold books. I'll post this one photo for now...

Since designing it, one person has bought and filled the Indian $2.50 book.

That is OUTSTANDING!! Dansco needs to hire you or you need to start your own company! 👍🏻 👍🏻

Always super impressed by your artistry....These are just fantastic. Makes me want to abandon slabs entirely, and swap everything I have into your albums!

I made this custom Dansco page for the back of my 7070. I made it from a blank small dollar page. It's ok but I wouldn't mind having one of your pages in place of it!!

@The_Dinosaur_Man can I ask what you are using to cut your board stock and how thick it is? I have been working on an update page for my 7070 using a Silhouette die cutter (like a Cricut), but it struggles to get through the book board I have.

Wow! I love your idea for a proof-only album! I think that an album starting with 1936 or 1950 would actually sell well, as most collectors cannot afford the early dates! Beautiful albums-Gold colored albums for gold coins! Great idea!
You could make albums for all Proof coins for Nickels, Dimes, Quarters and half dollars starting 1950. I believe that they would sell quickly.

Edited to add: Library of coins albums have always been my favorite! Yours are very similiar. I would like to see a video on how to make these. Can I ask, how much do you sell them for?

That looks like a very nice proof only album for the Lincoln Cent. I am only missing the 1961, 1973, 1975, 1977, 1991 and 2018 regular issue proof coins beginning with 1950. Thank you for sharing the images of these books.
