They could be trying to stay ahead of the counterfeiters based on recent threads. I'm not sure how long a new hologram will hold them, if at all if that was the intention. After all, they could just stick with the old hologram and the problem would remain the same.

Perhaps they just wanted a change.

i have seen holos with multiple images depending on the angle. if you move them around, do they change to the other design?

The new one does, but not that much change, just the waves and the PCGS...

Funny I bought two coins from this submission, don’t want anything else, both NEWPS are the old style.
