Counterfeit CBH? Need some opinions please!

I don't know this series very well, calling on some of the members here who are more familiar with these, I don't see anything right off that looks fishy, what do you guys think?
it's hard judging from less than great photos, that's why I need some more opinions, counterfeit or genuine?
Thanks!
Here's the photos that are available:

I'm no expert on the series but I don't like the looks of any of them.
Stars, date, and portrait just seem a little off.
Reverse seems more worn than the obverse.
The “skin” doesn’t look normal either, but may be the lighting and photography.
Other than that….
Edited: Whether one or more coins, it is or they are counterfeit.

As far as I know, the pictures are all the same coin, just different lighting/angles.
my first thought regarding the skin was that it was cleaned/dipped and then retoned? I'm not sure...

Fake, everything about the bust is wrong for an 1836. Just the fact that S7 is touching the cap is enough, there is no 1836 variety with that characteristic. The stars are from the 1820s.
shoo wee. the date!
really though, all the letters/numbers and the overall look is peculiar as well.
All three are fake ... very, very fake.
Understanding what a 36 looks like (which is nothing like a 24, for example), none of these should be deceptive, at all
1 Wrong portrait style and relief (appears adapted from earlier style) and wrong star type and size (comical, and WAY TOO LARGE for a 36). These two points alone should be a dead giveway, before you even go any further ... where we could look at letters and date punches, relief, etc., etc.
2 and 3 appear to be made from the same dies, so same tipoffs.

I think they're all the same coin, just differnt lighting/angles.
Thank you for the analysis! This is why I asked the people who know the series:)
I only have a couple examples of the type, saw this for a decent price and was wondering about it... No more!

For those looking at CBH's, there are several different types. A brief list of differences;
The 1807 and 1808's are what can be considered the first type, and have unique portrait and eagle compared to the rest of the series
From 1809 to 1834, there are some minor differences as the dates progress, but they are not as noticeable unless you study the dates and the series closely.
In 1834 the obverse portrait was changed, and becomes noticeably different with a smaller head, longer neck and what I would consider a more feminine nose. Also, the largest stars by this point are much smaller than largest of dates past.
Then, of course, in 1836, the Reeded Edge issues starts at the very end of the year, where again the portrait changes and the reverse is also redesigned.

That's all bad all day long.
In honor of the memory of Cpl. Michael E. Thompson
With everyone else, it is a fake for sure.
Dreadful. Modern garbage.

9 posts that all say fake... It's unanimous!:)
Thank you guys, looks like i've got some homework to do.

The first image looked like a candy coin to me! As already noted, the stars bear no resemblance to those issued on 1836 dated pieces.

My gosh the stars are unbelieveable and the numerals are off, plus much more wrong.
