Just for new people

Anyone new that would like to chat about coins,I'm trying to learn this and that,99.999 are out of my league here,looking to join 1st grade.

    You will be better served by reading many threads and understanding what the experts here say about the coins being discussed. Also, get a Redbook, absolutely fundamental resource for collectors. Good luck, have fun. Cheers, RickO

    As @ricko stated, better to learn from the forum. Search the threads for what interests you. I don't see any benefit from new collectors getting together to share information on a hobby that they have very little knowledge of.

    My advice is to read most threads (some don't make much sense or are too high in the clouds for even many experiences members).

    You'll learn a lot that way.

    I'm not sure how well it would work, but if you had your own thread going (maybe this one) you could always post new questions you have as they arise.
