Platinum Eagle 2022 MS population oddity?

I happened to glance at the PCGS pop report for the $100 platinum eagles this morning. For the 2022 MS coin, 1238 have been graded. Every one graded MS70. Not a single coin in the pop below MS70. Isn't that a bit odd? The proof issue $100 shows 1391 graded PR70 and 155 graded PR69, which seems more what you'd expect.

@ms71.... That does seem strange... Not one below 70 out of a large quantity of submissions. Must have been a great run that day. Cheers, RickO
May be that a large quantity was submitted with a specified "minimum grade" of MS70? But why wouldn't the submitter have preferred some 69s/68s to raw coin returns?

It appears that most of the associated coin numbers are bulk submissions (e.g., Premier, First Strike Plus, and FDOI).
It is not uncommon for these to be submitted with a "minimum grade" of 70.

In some instances, a raw coin can command a higher premium than a slabbed 69.
It is odd that there is no grade < 70. Would expect to see some, at a minimum, in the "base" and FS varieties.
I think I saw these being pushed on TV this past weekend. Rick must have submitted with a minimum grade.
