Lightning can strike twice! Another tough Seated Liberty half for my set - 1857-S

Thanks to @hbarbee for the heads up for this one, a nice PCGS XF-40 with a Hansen pedigree holder. The look of this coin matches the others in my registry set. It does have some subtle coloring when tilted into the light. Amazing that it can takes years and years to find suitable look keys for your set and boom! Two of them within a week!

Nice addition Elmer. Your on a roll!
Better than the Eliasberg coin!! Excellent! I put together a seated Vf-XF liberty half-dollar set in the 1980's and 1990's. I went to the part of the Eliasberg auction that sold the seated liberty half dollars specificly for the 1857-S half dollar. It was one of the few coins that Eliasberg had that was not the finest known example. I did place bids on the coin but did not get it. I found a better example later and bought that one. Yes, I still have my set in an album (missing the 1878-S) in a bank safe-deposit box. You can't go wrong with a 1857-S half dollar!.
@ElmerFusterpuck .... Congratulations on two new finds for your set. That is a very nice coin. Cheers, RickO
Glad to see your patience rewarded! Great looking example.
