    The coin has graffiti on it. Its in bad condition.

    I get rolls of rupees at the PetroMart, where I’m trying to get the young man behind the counter started in coin collecting. Every week it’s the same:
    —I have a silver penny.
    -Yeah, I know; it’s steel, 1943, right?
    —Yeah. Steel?
    -Unless you’re an alchemist this week, it’s still steel.
