How do I add,paste a picture.

new to this forum. I can't figure out how to add a picture to a question I want to ask. Help please. Thanks

There is a probationary period for new members that will not let you post pictures.
I believe that this period lasts between 1 to 2 weeks.
You are still allowed to post at this time.
When your waiting period is over you can copy and paste a picture or select the "picture frame" icon from the above tool bar and then select the pictures you want to add from your picture library.
