Trade Dollar - Machine Doubling or ?

I have never seen this before......would love to hear opinions.

Two images attached:
1) Please note the wing outline on the eagles right side of the right wing (as you look at it). What could cause this>
2) Please note the extremely weak denticle relief above states.....in real life, it is not imperfect is it looks.
3) At the base of RI in "AMERICA" the letters are interesting beat up.

I can explain #2 and #3 above, not clear on #1.

This is a PCGS 63 coin.

Looks like a die crack to me. Others will correct me if I’m wrong.

When I magnified it, I agree it looks like a die crack. Quite interesting though, since it appears to follow the wing outline. Cheers, RickO
