did you know when you sent it off?
i thought it looked a lil sus under the toning but i wasn't sure how accurate the TV are in this instance. overall with what you've sent off, stuff like this doesn't matter too much and that isn't to say it doesn't get graded one day! AND it would probably still sell fairly well as-is.

Looks like a die clash to me also. In hand the coin has positive eye appeal.
1834 LM-2, with star 8 close to the cap,
and last A of AMERICA touching the arrowhead.
Nice die crack through star 7, too.
