Is this a REALLY long thin cud on my SBA?

It presents as if it's a partial hairline rim from about 6 o'clock to 10.
The same area on the reverse doesn't have the typical rounded edge of an SBA but a squared off edge instead.
Looking at it very closely it really looks like an incredibly thin long cud to me...

Doesn't really appear to be.

Sorry.
Always check for that "Near Rim" variety on those '79d SBA's. In which, you don't have as well.
Keep on hunting.

It's funny you posted this question.
Here is a recent cud I found CRHunting. It's a 2006p North Dakota. The first quarter is the actual cud. Than two days later, unbelievable, I seem to find an early or late stage of my original cud find? Same quarter, 2006p in the same area!
Cud
Retaining die crack
Notice the top of the Cud is the same outline of the die crack.

But look close at this SBA... what caused that hairline rim?
