19? Got this back in a roll on my birthday

From my research I've came to the conclusion that it's a late stage die cap ? What are your opinions

    I tend to support the "struck through cloth" theory. Obverse looks more consistent with same. Hopefully @FredWeinberg can weigh in.

    Looks like it to me, but for clarity it is a struck through late stage die cap error.

    ChrisH821 has is it Right, from what I see - it’s not strikethrough cloth - looks like struck through a late stage thinning die cap,, as he identified
