Double Clad Missing?

I have a 2001 Quarter and I believe it's missing the clad on both sides. I have done a bit of research over the past year or so and I began a small collection of error coins but I don't feel as though I am experienced enough yet to determine this. Before I pay an appraiser to appraise it I would like to know for certain if it really is missing the clad. Is there anyone willing to take a look at photos or know who can help with this?
