There are only 3 graded at NGC with the FS-301 variety and this one is the top pop :smile:

    Upon first blush, it appears proof (I know it is not).

    Beautiful 2 cent piece! While I’ve never collected them, I’ve always loved the design. This example is fantastic.

    I put the coin back in the safe, but NGC has a reverse image if you look up the cert number.

    i'm not trying to rain on the parade but to save me from looking it up at anacs, ngc and pcgs, when you say top pop, you mean there are no known RB or RD at ngc or the others? t.i.a.

    There is one 65RD FS301 at NGC, but this is the highest BN. I havent looked at other grading companies.

    cool. did you make it yourself or save yourself the wear and tear and buy it as-is? it has been A LONG time since i've had a top-pop at ngc!

    I love the 2 cent pieces, the history of the time they issued is what draws me in. Nice coins. :)

    Looks to be a nice coin. Here's the pics of it from NGC. Lightened up a bit as they were super dark on the website.
