Why are you searching on random coins for doubling?
If a date/mm does not have a known DD, then why scrutinize it further? And if it does have a known DD, just compare it to photos from the resource sites that are continuously provided on threads like this.
You don't even mention the date/mm of the above coin so members here are not even able to do the work for you, if they were so inclined.
I'm inclined by this 1942 D LWB which in my opinion has been reworked and since Fred was answering I wanted to hear what he thought.
When I don't throw the date and MM there's a reason
I'll fix the tile
I guess in a way, I'm noticing other error coins that have less evidence in my opinion,, or smaller marks that are considered errors.
Back to work,, oh I found others that I have questions on also
Thanks again all have a great day

Hmmm if I show you the same extra copper build up on numerous coins which looks identical is it Die deterioration and or die doubling?
It is only a doubled die if it shows the characteristics of hub doubling. "Extra copper" is not a characteristic. Go to www.doubleddie.com and study them before posting guesses that aren't based on valid information.

This makes no sense at all. An error is an error if it has the characteristics of that error.
Based on the history of your posts and the info/references you used in the past, it's apparent that you know about numismatics. Please stop making these nonsense posts. Everyone knows you are just trying to disrupt this board and find members to troll. It does nothing but confuse new collectors.
Being disruptive is one thing, but to purposely confuse new collectors is the ultimate low and I hope admin takes notice.
