it is not Rick Engles, it is Billy Kilmer of the Redskins

here's some different names that haven't been mentioned:

top left (#10 Falcons) - Steve Bartkowski

top middle (#12 Bills) - Joe Ferguson

2nd row, 2nd from the left (#53 Broncos) - Randy Gradishar

3rd row, middle (#9 Vikings) - Tommy Kramer

4th row, far left (#11 Giants) - Phil Simms

4th row, far right (#32 Cardinals) - Ottis Anderson

bottom row, 2nd from right (#12 Buccaneers) - Doug Williams

79 was Stablers last year with Oakland That’s a Dec 80 catalogue. Not sure about that.

Archie had his most yards passing in 1980 and a 60% completion rate and was 1-15-0.

clearly they were dishing out jerseys of guys who were no longer in the league. Kilmer retired in 78 and that's his jersey to the left of Earl Campbell's. the jersey looks very dark, but it's the photo. the arms are a dead giveaway.

i watched more football than i care to admit during that time period to know that the Snake was the only Raider to don #12. but here are the '80 and and even the '81 rosters -- knock yourself out trying to find #12
