The mint stopped punching mintmarks on individual dies in 1989, so you cannot have a RPM on a later dated coin.
If you're going to search for errors, you should really take the time to learn and understand the minting and die making processes. In the long run, you'll save yourself a lot of time and aggravation.

Not an RPM. Mint marks are applied to the master hubs making RPMs impossible. This is die deterioration doubling.
