1988 D penny die crack or PMD?

1988 D penny don't know if it is a die crack or pmd. I also see of course a lot of plating blisters.

What characteristics would help you determine that it was one vs. the other? And does the answer to that question lead you to believe it’s a die crack or damage?

I think it is a die crack. The reason is the way the crack splits up yet it is not on the field of the penny and the rim of the coin looks to be cracked as well from a worn out die or too much pressure.

Looks like the upper half is pmd but the lower half looks like a die crack.
