Minor die chip. These seem to be showing up a lot more on dimes in the last 10 years.
Since its minor and common, the interest level is low outside of new collectors. It's still interesting IMO, so keeping it isn't a problem, though you would be very hard pressed to find someone to pay a premium for it.
