Opinions - Possible error on Trime.

Wanted to get some opinions on this.
I picked up this trime a few days ago and just noticed what appears to be a "7" in between the stars directly below the 3 arrows on the reverse, just to the left of a possible die crack.
An error? Counterstamp? My imagination? It sure looks like a 7 to me...

    To my eyes it looks like regular circulation damage.

    I see the mark you are referring to.... I would call it PMD. I looked for possible die clash, but did not see it.... Cheers, RickO

    Looks like it may be a planchet defect

    Circulation damage.
