Take a look at this Ebay seller's listing. Of course contacting them is disabled.
https://www.ebay.com/itm/293752473613?hash=item446503080d:g:MwoAAOSwmQxfbSxY
No where on the coin's packaging does it say EF-40 and also in the Item Specs it is listed as ICG certified. It is VG at best.

Probably copied a listing not knowing much about coins.
Based on the picture I think any buyers will know what they are getting.

if you click the seller name, there is another contact option in the top right. i'm pretty sure we can't disable members contacting us completely, just from the listings.

worst-case senario, i think we can pull up the contact a member page and manually input someone's ebay handle.

There's not enough room in one post to list all the deceptive ebay sellers.

No way that coin is an EF40.
Are you going to return it? If so please update us on how it's handled.

I don’t see where anyone here said that they bought it.

The condition of that coin is imho minimum "average circulated" meaning that it would be about as likely to find either less worn coins or more worn coins of that series.

I wouldn't buy the coin but they have a few nice handbags.................. :o:o:o

It is obviously a Littleton coin purchase and the seller has decided to sell it, still in the Littleton envelope. Looks like the EF-40 is an untrained guess.... Cheers, RickO
