Grade opinions on this Flying Eagle

Seeking opinions on this Flying Eagle. My initial thought was VF25, cleaned and scratched. The scratch only appears tilting in
good lighting. It was given to me over the weekend and while I appreciate it thinking its just going into the designated slot for Flying Eagles in my Indian Head cent book.
There was grade and price written on the flip that I covered up so not to influence opinions here.

    VF30-ish, I can't see any cleaning evidence from those pics but it's not super attractive IMHO, it'll do for a place holder but if it was me I would be looking for one that would straight grade.
