The next two are the purpose replacement,(concave belly backwards, then that subject doubled by the exact image just concave belly opposite from what was on the remaining removal.)

    Or maybe the coin took a hit. Looks more like contact marks. The next to last pic is showing the start of zinc corrosion after the thin copper plating (8 microns or 0.0003") was damaged.

    The simplest explanation is usually the correct explanation

    Please put the microscope away.

    If you can see an anomaly with the naked eye then you are golden.
