Well, there is usually more to the story .....
One of these coins is extremely rare and the other is just rare .....
Here are the two reverses in order.
Name the extremely rare error.
For one thing the 83-P was between two planchets for the second strike.

What is the label descriptipn?
The label is incorrect.
The blue ANACS label reads ... Double Struck
