Has anyone seen toning like this before? Or is this just scuff marks that happened while in the mint pack?
It's hard to capture (so I took several) but at angle the lines are baby blue against the silver and luster, I find it attractive.
Unfortunately the obverse is a little banged up.

I haven't looked at my Ikes in many years but I think yours has aged pretty well.

The half has the same thing going on. Can’t speak (find) for the quarter. Believe it went in with my last order.
It's hard too capture allright - What toning? Tequila toning?

I'm seeing more luster than toning, myself, except for the streaks on the reverse, which I don't believe are too out of the ordinary.
