We are cleaning out my wife’s grandmother’s house and found this. A google search didn’t find any info. Is this anything known, or just a random local’s name/initials?

I suspect it is Frank's pocket piece.

I like it - super cool! Worth its weight in silver too!

Someone with a letter punch set was showing off his skills. Unless your grandmother knew someone named Franklin P. Parks, it's probably a coin she found in circulation and just put away.

Worry is the interest you pay on a debt you may not owe.

given the date, it could have been a memento mori.

Thanks for the info. I thought it was just a random stamp too. Still a fun find.
