@1630Boston... Thanks for the interesting input on verdigris. I cleaned a LOT of verdigris when in the Navy. Grows on brass or copper wherever it is on a ship. Plenty of moisture, oxygen and CO2 available, among other 'gases'.. Cheers, RickO
