1951S Ben Franklin Half FS-501

A few weeks ago I grabbed this from an OCS thinking it might have a "Bugs Bunny" clash (I now don't believe it would qualify as such). I noticed the die scratches (raised lines not scratches on the coin) by the mint mark so I took a closer look at them and noticed the some extra metal around the mint mark. The dies scratches match up to the example coin for the FS-501 on our host's website.
