I think "plantion" is a word made up by someone who doesn't have much experience in the hobby. I agree, though, they probably meant "planchet". It's described as silver, should it just be reported for fraudulent listing activities? I mean, it's not a silver coin, even if it is struck on a dime planchet, which it probably isn't. Maybe just contact the seller or something and tell them to get it certified before asking $500 for it.

"antique coin silver. It's a one cent 1998 .It's weigh 2.5 grams Dime Plantion"
