Some things to try.
Log in and out of forum.
Delete out the cookie collectors.com and log in and out.
Doing the above and also shut down the browser you are using.
Doing the above and restart the computer / phone you are using.

Ok, I logged out and it's the same. The only thing I have is the quote button

The quote only is how a Applicant looks. But that is not the problem unless you got reset somehow but showing Member.

The cookies delete will depend on the browser you are using. Here is one website article that tries to cover them all. But if you know your browser type then could do a search specifically for it - Delete Cookies on 'browser type here'.

jmlanzaf suggested a different browser (if you have one loaded)

Can you post a picture from one of your folders?

I ask only because you mentioned quote only showing up and that is like an Applicant. Applicant also can not post a picture from a folder (have to go through a host site). Thinking it could be in you forum profile if it got messed up and that would be a moderator type thing to verify.

Out of ideas as of now.

So just to confirm...you've done each of these steps?

Cleared internet files/cookies
Signed out and then back in (to PCGS)
Rebooted pc (Shut down completely and then turned it back on).
Tried another web browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc.)

A similar problem came up a few weeks back and it turned out to be that the member was using a computer but enlarged the screen or changed to mobile view. I don't remember exactly maybe someone else can help.

I can't post an Imgur based pic on any number of sites. I was able to post pics in a PM to someone on another site however. A PITA to have to upload images.
