Weird thing when I look up a pcgs cert

Hey everyone- was looking up a PCGs Cert today #28641501 and when I pull it up it takes me to the page for a coin image with Cert # 43197554.
What’s going on with this?

this is what i get. when i copy-pasted the first cert 28141501 - here https://www.pcgs.com/cert/
When I put the number 28141501 in, it says "We're sorry, that certification number was not found. Please double check the number and try again. To speak with PCGS Customer Service, call us at (800) 447-8848"
"A dog breaks your heart only one time and that is when they pass on". Unknown
I believe that could show if certification number is very new, corrupted, or reported stolen. I could be wrong.

Might have to follow the directions to contact PCGS to figure it out.
"Got a flaming heart, can't get my fill"
I meant to show the screen I saw earlier when typing it in:
And I’m a dummy because I typed the Cert in wrong #28641501 is the one I meant to type.
Any thoughts on what’s wrong with this??
Strange. When I pull up the cert. it simply states, "What are you doing? You know you can't afford this."

No idea. Here's a link to a Heritage auction with pictures of the coin:

I don't think it has a trueview.
Coin Photographer.
It’s weird because when you pull up the Cert # for the coin in the auction description, it pulls up a true view for this coin, and the cert# is different, but the coin matching the auction.

Perhaps a regrade?

just what i was about to type. something probably didn't get updated as it upgraded/reholder or whatever service caused the cert # to change. there was one coin recently where the cert did link to a different coin so there is a chance something like that is happening here. errors have been coming out more than i've ever seen from pcgs. that may not be the case here?
Yes I think this and a little more.
The slab in the auction is a slightly older slab without the NFC.
The cert number 28641501 currently says it is an NFC slab. So I would guess it has been put in a new slab by some means since the auction.
The cert number 43197544 is active and says it is a Gold Shield but not NFC. So it could be an older slab or of the same generation as the one in the auction.
This cert number 43197544 is active and has a true view and is the one shown for 28641501.
The cert number 28641501 is active and does not have a true view.
So is suspect that 43197544 was regraded into cert number 28641501 but 43197544 was not de-activated.
Then the true view was carried over to 28641501 but the number was not changed and the old true view 43197544 remains active.
Then 28641501 was put into a new NFC holder since the auction and again the old true view and number carried over.
My best guess but I easily could have missed something.

But the seller of the coin has it in a newer slab with the cert#28641501. That’s why I’m really confused that the Cert # pulls up a true view with a different Cert #
