looks like a nice xf coin to me. i don't see any major varieties jumping out at me. abysmal pics for intricate analysis but more than sufficient if selling and if no problems are being masked by the poor quality image.
Typical tone from circulation, then set aside and heading darker by the year. These kind of coins often end up with the "Circ-Cam" look if they get back into commerce or are used as a pocket piece.
It's real. That is not toning. That is dirt and grime from greasy fingers and normal commerce from back in the day. Absolutely 100% normal circulated CC dollar.
