1995 P nickel -What is this?

1995 P Nickel. I was going through my rolls of nickels from the bank and found this one. Is it grease that it was struck through? But then again I looked at images from the mint about strike throughs and it sort of looks like it was struck through grease but can't be sure. PMD? Also forgive me for holding the nickel in that way for the pictures. Let me know..

Environmentally damaged surfaces on both sides – not an error of any kind I’m sorry to say
