2021 p crossing the Delaware Washington quarter

Greetings I believe I read somewhere about the reverse of the 2021 p crossing the Delaware and the guy in the front of the boat has a longer coat in the bottom picture of this coin. I compared a handful of 2021 p and this is the only coin that covers the knee of the boatsman. You can clearly see the length of each coat and how the bottom one is different. I didn't see anywhere here where it was discussed. How about shedding some light on this....ty

Could be a minor die chip
If you spend some time studying the die making process, you'll learn that all of the design devices are put on the master hub. The master hub is used to make master dies. Master dies are used to make working hubs. Working hubs are used to make working dies. And working dies strike coins

It's extremely unlikely that the mint would have made a second master hub for a one year only coin, plus there would be numerous dies with this minor change.
The more you know about the minting and die making processes, the less time you'll waste on PMD and minor issues. Use some of your searching time for study/research time. It will help
Optical illusion? I think I see it but then I don’t. Must be a die chip. Agree with poster above that it is unlikely 2 master hubs for this coin - and even if they did you would likely see a more relevant change (thicker letters, better image quality etc) and then they still wouldn’t be rare!

Seems, to me, that strike quality is an issue. Top coin appears to be better struck... Think this could be causing the illusion
You guys are good,really, I mean it. the word illusion got me to redo my pic in different lighting and lo and behold it was an illusion. Now if this isn't learning something then I don't know what is. The mind is a terrible thing to waste. Thanks all... And the only dumb question, is the one not asked.
