1970-S Lincoln Cent - Small Date?

A bit of a sanity check here, this is a small-date 1970-S Lincoln, right?
Part of a very small group of random coins purchased recently and this one was a complete surprise.

It looks to be a LD. If you look at that the inner curl of the nine. the end is pointing down at an angle. A sd has the inner end of the nine being horizontal, and not pointing down.

Looks like the large date to me.....Check the 9.... Cheers, RickO
I'm with you Ricko - how does the tail of the "9" point to the correct position, and where is the softness in LIBERTY?
Well, just Love coins, period.
I'm in the camp that says small date.
To me it looks like the tops of numbers in "1970" line up and the inner tail of the "9" points straight to the middle of the "7"
