1909S-VDB 'phony' (link included) (need help to get this removed)

Looking at the obverse I was willing to let it go even though I thought the mint mark look off, but I thought well it could be lighting or whatever.
Then I looked at the reverse and that told a different story, that is to say the designers initials is wrong, the "N" in UNITED is wrong, so it ends up here 
The thing about this one is its not an auction, its a Buy It Now for $899.00

Be patient, the seller is in Florida and may have been closed by the time messages were sent and could reply in the morning.
It is also harder to get listings removed from well established higher volume sellers, it can take some time.
Well, if it was just an auction it would be one thing, but this is a straight up Buy It Now.
